The basics

These terms cover purchases from Happy Medellín (https://happymedellin.com). Prices are in US dollars and payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Questions about anything here: hola@happymedellin.com.

AI itineraries ($60)

  • Your itinerary is generated by Claude, an AI model, from your answers and our directory, and delivered at a private link.
  • It is a planning guide. Opening hours, prices and availability change, so confirm bookings directly with each venue.
  • Because each itinerary is created for you the moment you pay, it is non-refundable once delivered. If it fails to generate, or falls short of what we promise here, email us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you in full.

Consultations ($300)

  • One private 1-hour video call, scheduled by email after payment, followed by a written plan.
  • Reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your call. Cancel at least 48 hours before for a full refund.
  • Missed calls without notice are not refundable.

10-day group journeys ($2,000 per person)

  • Groups are limited to 15 travelers. Seats are confirmed once payment is received.
  • Cancel 60 or more days before departure: full refund. 30 to 59 days: 50% refund. Fewer than 30 days: no refund, but you may transfer your seat to a friend.
  • If we must cancel a departure for any reason, you receive a full refund or a seat on another departure, your choice.
  • Travel insurance covering medical care and trip cancellation is required for every traveler.
  • Activities may change for weather, safety or local events; we always replace them with something of equal value.

Our directory and safety guide are general information, offered in good faith and checked against current sources. They are not a guarantee of safety, and you remain responsible for your own choices while traveling. Always follow official guidance and local authorities.

The WhatsApp community

Membership is by application and at our discretion. We may remove anyone who breaks the community guidelines.
