Pergamino grew out of a coffee-growing family in Santa Bárbara, Antioquia, and now works with more than 1,500 producers across Colombia, roasting and serving their lots in its own cafés. The Vía Primavera corner in Provenza is its classic hangout, and its Laureles house was ranked No. 38 among South America's 100 Best Coffee Shops 2026.
